The Solid Rock Children's Ministry is a fun and energetic extension of Metro Wesleyan. Children, ages 0-13, participate together in an opening worship time that also incorporates animated scripture memorization.

The goal of our children's ministry is to teach, admonish, and demonstrate to children a trust in God. Trust is the mortar that holds the bricks of a foundation together. Jesus Christ is our firm foundation, our Solid Rock!

We are excited and blessed to be adding to our Solid Rock Children's Ministry. The latest division, for the oldest age group, is called "Firm Foundation". These kids, grades 5 through 7, will be developing a new puppet ministry for our Solid Rock opening. This class has also been introduced to a new curriculum called "Grapple". Grapple helps the preteens tackle tough questions, captivates their attention, engages paticipation, inspires connection with each other, and encouages faith practice.
